St. George, UT, March 12, 2013 — Douglas Bringhurst, President of The Village Bank, announced promotions today for two key staff members--E. Kip Bowler and Kenneth A. Miller.  Bowler has been named Senior Vice President and Senior Loan Officer while Miller has been appointed Vice President and Chief Operations Officer.

“Kip Bowler and Kenny Miller are both natives of Southern Utah,” Bringhurst noted, “and both are involved in and dedicated to the local community.  They know the area and the people who live here, and they have been key players in our effort to make The Village Bank the area’s first choice for banking services.”
