Cliffside Restaurant Opens with Views of St. George City

Tom and Dorothy Heers, creators of the Anniversary Inn in Salt Lake City, Utah finished complete renovations last month and opened the former Sullivan’s Rococo Steakhouse & Inn on the old Airport mesa as Inn on the Cliff. This week, the Heers opened the completely renovated Cliffside Restaurant, which is nestled right next to the beautifully renovated Inn on The Cliff boutique hotel. Cliffside Restaurant sits on the cliff above the boulevard, overlooking the scenic St. George valley.  The restaurant offers not only an amazing view but also a unique experience that you will not find anywhere else in southern Utah.

Cliffside Restaurant boasts a huge open dining room with giant windows, offering every seat in the restaurant an unprecedented view. For an even better view and ambience, the restaurant has a 48 seat, glassed-in patio that is perfect for a romantic dinner or casual dining with friends and family. Cliffside Restaurant also offers a large banquet room, allowing business customers a private out-of-the-way area for a high powered business meeting or any bride's dream wedding party to celebrate their new beginnings together with family and friends. The options are unlimited.

Cliffside Restaurant is pleased to have UVU culinary school graduate and award-winning Chef Vance Lott in the kitchen.  With modern and classic cooking techniques the menu is straightforward, delicious, contemporary American style dining with bold flavors and plated with an elegant touch. All the butchering, sausage making, meat smoking, and sauces are done in house. No pre-made, frozen foods here. You’ll find exceptional steaks, burgers, chicken, seafood and salads at the new Cliffside Restaurant.
