Local Attorney to offer Expertise during Seminar
St. George, UT, May 17, 2012 — The National Business Institute has selected local attorney Thomas J. Bayles, partner with JensenBayles, LLP in St. George, to be a presenter during an upcoming seminar discussing Trusts. Bayles will be providing a full-spectrum of wealth preservation ideas including revocable living trusts, common mistakes to avoid with living trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts and the purposes they serve, and the role of an independent fiduciary. About Thomas J. Bayles
Thomas J. Bayles is a partner with the law firm of JensenBayles, LLP in St. George, Utah. He regularly counsels clients concerning estate taxes, income taxes, business planning, estate planning and real estate transactions. Mr. Bayles takes the time to understand each client's goals and concerns, and then structures planning opportunities or business and real estate transactions to accomplish the client’s goals. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court as well as the U.S. District Court. Mr. Bayles is a member of the Utah State Bar (Elder Law Section), the Southern Utah Bar Association (past president), the American Bar Association (Law Practice Management Section, Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section), the Southern Utah Estate Planning Council (President) and is currently serving as the president of the St. George Exchange Club.
