BYU Management Luncheon with Lynn Blake, PhD
The St. George Area Chapter of The BYU Management Society invites you to join us for our chapter lunch this Friday featuring Lynn Holt Blake, PhD, Retired Vice President of Research at the Sorenson Companies, Former NASA Apollo Employee, and Former Mission & Temple President. Thursday, October 25, 2012 at the Dixie College Gardner Center in St. George , UT at Noon.

Lynn Holt Blake is a retired Vice President of Research at the Sorenson Companies. Dr. Blake was born in Ogden, Utah. He received his PhD in Engineering from the University of Michigan. Dr. Blake worked on the Apollo Program for NASA. He also worked at the National Institute of Health on Biomedical problems, and was the VP of Research at the Medical University of South Carolina. He later served as the Associate Director of Economic Development for the State of Utah under Gov. Bangerter. Brother Blake has served as the Halifax Nova Scotia Temple President from 2007 to 2010. Dr. Blake has served as the president of the Canada Halifax Mission, stake president's counselor, bishop and senior couple missionary in the Europe Central Area Office. Dr. Blake is the father of 7 children and 33 grand children.
