Dixie's Got Talent

 It is time once again for Dixie's Got Talent - the fundraiser for needs based scholarships to Dixie State College.  This year we are adding a few twists such as a Battle of the Bands, promoted by Canyon Media where local bands can upload a 2 minute music video of their band to the DGT facebook page and then have friends and others vote for their favorite band.

Bands may upload their video, but must be registered and paid their $10 entry fee by Nov 10th in order to be entered or their votes will be null and void. They will upload their 2 minute video to: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Dixies-Got-Talent/220759184653053?ref=ts&fref=ts

Go to http://dixiesgottalent.blogspot.com/ to download an application, fill it out, then take it with their entry fee to The Village Bank located at 294 East Tabernacle. The website will have all the instructions for entry and the process.

The top 5 bands with the most Facebook likes will be invited to the "call back auditions" with judges on November 17th. The judges will decide if they will go on to the finals on January 24th.
